"Some people get brought into your life temporarily, and some permanent, often times the ones who choose to stay are the ones who matter most. When I first met Brendan I was in a dark place, between my riding, my personal life, and everything in between. Honestly, I didn’t want to go ride with him, I was hesitant, which is really funny now. But besides the point, I was alone in Florida, coming out of a situation that wasn’t ideal. He swooped in and picked me up, took me to his barn, and said to me, let’s start over.
